New Features

πŸ†• Quote expiry

Due to product and labour pricing changes, we are introducing the ability to set expiry dates for quotes. Users can now specify a date for quotes to automatically expire.

  • In the Preview & send page, users can now edit/set the issued and expiry date when sending a quote. It defaults to 30 days but can be changed according to their workflow.

  • The expiration date will be shown in the email the customer receives.

  • The quote archive logic has also been updated to align with the quote expiry feature.

  • The quote expiry field is also added to the mobile app (ver. 5.4.19)

Enhancements

πŸ› οΈ Calendar date pickers

Users could only change or select dates in previous versions using the next and previous week arrows. However, this method did not offer direct navigation to a specific week. Users were required to navigate through consecutive week views to reach their desired date. Now, users can effortlessly navigate to a specific week directly, without the need to cycle through adjacent week views.

Date pickers are placed on the calendar views for a more efficient and seamless transition to a specific date. Users can now easily select the desired date by clicking on the date picker icon integrated into the calendar view. This enhancement simplifies navigating through dates, providing a more intuitive user experience.

πŸ› οΈ Recurrence job pop-up for new jobs

In the previous versions, you would have to toggle the recurrence switch after scheduling a job within the create job page.

In this new version release, we have rearranged the schedule card inputs and added a pop-up within the time selection window which appears after selecting a date and time for the job.

Even if the recurring prompt is skipped, the user should still be able to set the job as recurring.
