New Invoice/Quote Attachments:
You can now attach files (e.g., PDFs, images) to your invoices and quotes and include them directly in client emails. This allows you to easily provide additional documentation, such as contracts or images.
While creating a quote or an invoice, you can now easily add the desired files through the Files Card. If you wish to include any of these attachments in the email sent to your client, simply toggle the Include with Quote/Invoice checkbox. This ensures the selected files will be sent along with the invoice or quote, making it easy to provide all necessary documents in one step.

New Clone quote
We are excited to introduce the Clone Quote feature, which allows users to quickly create a duplicate of an existing quote. This feature is designed to save time by eliminating the need to manually re-enter information for similar quotes. With just a few clicks, you can generate a new quote based on a previous one, making it easier to handle repeat customers or similar job requests.
Enhancement Enhanced Jobs Management in Map View:
We are pleased to introduce a new enhancement to the Map View in Pooltrackr that will make route planning even more efficient. Users can now see a job list on the right-hand side of the map and rearrange the order of jobs by simply dragging and dropping them. This enhancement allows you to manage technician schedules more efficiently, providing greater flexibility in daily planning. The drag-and-drop job list in map view ensures that routes can be optimized in real-time, helping reduce travel time, save fuel, and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service.
We’ve preserved the original functionality, so if you prefer the previous list view, you can easily switch back. Simply navigate through the tabs in the Map View to toggle between the new agenda list view and the original list view. This gives you full flexibility to work in the view that best suits your needs!
Enhancement Technicians filter by tag
We’ve introduced a powerful enhancement to the technician filtering system—Filter Technicians by Tag. This new feature allows users to easily filter and assign technicians based on specific tags or attributes (e.g., certifications, specialties, regions). This makes it more efficient to find the right technician for each job, ensuring better job matching and improved service delivery. Whether you’re assigning jobs based on location, skills, or other criteria, this enhanced filter makes technician management smoother and more intuitive.
Easily apply the relevant tags to your technician users.
Once you’ve applied the relevant tags, simply use the new filter in the calendar view to display a refined list of technicians. This enables you to easily visualize and assign jobs to the right team members, significantly improving efficiency and organization in managing your service schedule.

Resolved an issue where quotes were not being properly resent, ensuring that quotes can now be easily resent without errors.
