The contact list is where you can see all the contacts. The list shows all your contacts searchable by typing part of their name, company name, ID, address or email address and can also filter by tag.
Accessing the Contacts List view
To access the contacts list, navigate to Operations → Contacts.
Contacts list components
Here's an overview of its essential components:
1. Search for a Contact
Use the search bar to quickly find contacts by entering a portion of the contact's details.
2. Filter Options
By Tags: Filter contacts using tags from the drop-down list. Learn how to create tags here.
By Store Location: Narrow down contacts based on their associated store location. Read more about Locations here.
3. Customize Columns
Access the "Columns" option to manage visible fields in the contacts list.
Toggle the visibility of specific columns (e.g., ID, Email, Phones, Location) or use “Hide all”/“Show all” for quick adjustments.
The Actions column cannot be toggled because it has important options to make workflows more efficient.
You can also sort and pin columns by hovering over a particular column heading and clicking the three dots. Clicking the Hide column will hide that specific column while Manage columns will show the column selection box.
