The 'Jobs to invoice' shows all jobs that have been completed and are ready to be invoiced or sent to the batch queue, this defaults to 3 months worth of jobs to invoice.
Once the job has been completed, its status colour in the calendar view will change from blue to grey.
Access Jobs to Invoice page
Click the 'Jobs' on the left-hand dashboard, then click the 'Jobs to invoice'.
Search, filter, and columns
A. Searching for Jobs
Use the 'Search jobs' field to auto-search by entering contact or pool details.
B. Filtering Jobs
Filter by Status:
Click the 'Filter by Status' drop-down and choose a status:
All, Visible, or Hidden.
Filter by Date:
Use the 'From date' field to manually enter or select a date from the calendar.
Quick date options include:
This Week, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Current Month, Previous Month, Next Month.
Reset date filters using the 'Reset' button.
C. Customizing Columns
Access the 'Columns' tab at the top left of the jobs list to adjust visible columns.
Options include toggling, sorting, or pinning:
Checkbox Selection, Job No., Date, Status, Tech, Job Type, Contact, and Pool.
Use 'Hide all' or 'Show all' for quick column adjustments.
D. Adding Filters
Open the 'Filters' option next to the 'Columns' tab to apply additional filters.
Choose a column (e.g., Job No., Date, Tech, Job Type), an operator (e.g., =, !=, >, <=, Is Empty), and a value.
Add or remove filters using '+ Add filter' or 'Remove all' as needed.
Preview and Send Invoice
a. Hide - Click on Hide if you wish to hide the completed job.
b. Preview and Send - Click on the Preview & send option if you want to look at the job details first and proceed with the usual invoicing.
c. Invoice - Select this if you wish to be routed straight to the invoice page.
