Scheduling the job

In converting an approved quote via the Quote details or the Open Quotes page, both methods should resolve in the job scheduling page which should look like the example below:

Just like scheduling a new job for a contact, you will be asked to assign a technician, date, and time for the job.

1. Select technician - This is where you can select the Technician for the job. The technician's name should turn blue once it's selected.

2. Booking settings - You can set the date, time, and duration of the job in this field. You will also see the job type within this field.

3. Calendar settings/view - When you select a technician from the list, the calendar will automatically show the technician's working hours. The white area is the working hours set for that technician. You can select to show the Day or week view. Use the 'Jump to' option if you want to go to a specific date.

4. Schedule button - Once you are ready to schedule the job, click on the Schedule button. Clicking on Cancel will redirect you back to the Quote details or the Open Quotes page.
