In the Job Sheet section under the job setup tab, you can set the disclaimer and what you want to include in the job sheet that is to be sent to your customer. On this page, you can have the option to customise the disclaimer according to your organisation's policies as well as the global settings for what details to include on the job sheet.
Accessing Job sheet settings
Go to Setup → Jobs → Job sheet to access the job sheet settings page.
1. Job sheet settings toggle - Toggle each switch if you wish to include each detail in your job sheet:
Show job photos
Show chemical history
Show tasks list
Show water test results
Show chemical actions
2. Job sheet disclaimer customisation field - You can add your personalised job sheet disclaimer to this field. The message will appear on the footer of the job sheet.
3. Preview PDF and Save buttons - Click on Preview PDF button should you want to check how the job sheet appears as a PDF. The save button to apply the changes.
Any changes you make will only be applied to future job sheets.
