The Lab SMS settings page is where you can configure the SMS settings intended for the lab. You can customise your water testing communication by including merge tags that pull specific customer information to make your communication more personalised.
Accessing the Lab SMS settings page
Navigate to Setup → Lab → Email to access the email settings.
SMS Notification settings
A. Enable the next water test SMS reminder to send water test reminders to your customers.
You would need to have SMS enabled and available SMS credits for this. Check out the SMS configuration guide for the steps.
B. Customise your water test reminder message on this field.
C. You can customise the water test result message on this field for customers who opted for SMS notifications for water test results. This can include the URL where they can access the results.
The messages should not contain any marketing-related information to adhere to the SMS regulations imposed by the government.
D. You can take your notifications to the next level by using the sample merge tags provided. This will allow you to personalise your reminders further.
E. Click on the Save button at the top-right corner of the SMS notification settings page after you have finalised your setup.
