We’ve added support for paying invoices via Pinch, making the payment process seamless and efficient for your customers.
🛠️ Enhanced Payments Integration
Now, you can pay invoices directly after they’ve been created!
Navigate to Operations → Invoicing → Invoices.
Choose your desired invoice and click the Actions menu → Invoice Details.
If you have an active payment integration with Stripe or Windcave, you’ll see the Pay Invoice button.
🛠️ Route Optimization with User Home Addresses
Enhance your team’s route optimization by setting home addresses as start/end points:
Go to Setup → Team → Add/Edit User.
Scroll to the Home Address section.
Enter the address using the Search Address field to auto-fill coordinates for optimal route planning.

We’ve significantly improved the loading time of the Invoices List, providing a smoother and faster user experience.

You can now save custom report types at the organization level:
Go to Setup → Lab → Settings.
Configure the desired report type to set it as the default for all new water tests.
Individual cases can still use alternate report types during water testing.
