Columns

Exceptions

Show by default column

  • The 'Show by default' column has switchers that will allow you to enable/disable certain chemical tests.

Actions

  • Clicking the pencil icon will let you edit the exceptions set for each chemical test.

Adding Chemical test details and exceptions

To edit the details and exceptions to a chemical test, click on the pencil icon from the Actions column.

Add the minimum, maximum and target results.

You may also customise the report messaging. This message will appear on the job sheets and water test report.

To add an exception, click on the 'New Exception' button in the upper-right corner.

You can create your own exceptions according to surface types, classifications, ground level, location, pool types, sanitiser, temperature, and sanitisers. You can specify the acceptable range for each exception.

During water testing, the system determines the specific conditions associated with the pool being tested. If exceptions have been configured for the chemical test (e.g., pH, alkalinity, or other parameters), Pooltrackr will apply those specific minimum, maximum, and target values instead of the general default values.
