Quote approval/Rejection through email
The email the customer receives will allow them to review the quote. Click on the 'Review quote' button.
A new tab will open where the contact can choose to approve or reject the quote.
The organisation will receive a notification whether the quote has been approved or rejected. The rejected quote will then be moved to the Archived quotes section, where you can also view the reason for rejection.
Approve or reject a quote through the Pooltrackr UI
Organisations can approve or reject a quote straight from their Pooltrackr account. To do this, navigate to Operations → Quotes → Open Quotes. Click on the menu icon.
Approving or rejecting a quote as an admin from your Pooltrackr account will not trigger the notification to be sent to your organisation's contact email address.
