🆕 Enhanced Recurring Jobs List

We’ve made it easier to manage and organise your recurring jobs by introducing four new columns and supporting advanced filtering based on pool attributes.

  • New Columns Added to the recurring jobs list:

    • Pool Type

    • Pool Surface

    • Pool Sanitiser

    • Pool Filter

  • Filtering Support:

    • You can now filter recurring jobs based on any of the above pool attributes, helping you quickly narrow down jobs with specific pool configurations.

🆕 Enhanced Contact Tags Visibility During Job & Quote Creation

We’ve made it easier to identify important contact details at a glance when creating a new job or quote.

  • Contact tags are now clearly visible in the contact search dropdown when creating a job or quote.

  • This improvement allows you to immediately see any tags associated with a contact before selecting them.

This enhancement helps you make informed decisions while scheduling or quoting.

For example:

If a contact has a tag like “Outstanding Balance” or “Do Not Service”, you’ll now see it instantly during the selection process—avoiding awkward or risky scheduling scenarios.

Use Cases

  • Flag customers with unpaid invoices (Outstanding Balance)

  • Highlight VIP clients (High Priority)

  • Mark problematic contacts (Follow-up Required, Do Not Reschedule)

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Ongoing updates to ensure a smoother, safer, and more reliable user experience:

  • Addressed an issue with the job tags not being saved via the web app

  • Addressed various small issues reported by users to improve overall stability and functionality.
