πŸ†• Admin Adjustment of Tracked Job Time

We’ve introduced a much-requested feature that gives admins greater control over job time tracking.

Admins can now adjust tracked job time in cases where:

  • A technician forgot to track their time.

  • The recorded time is incorrect.

How It Works

  1. Open the desired job details page.

  2. Navigate to the Summary β†’ Tracked Time block.

  3. Click the ✏️ pencil icon to edit.

  4. Select the correct start and end date/time.

  5. (Optional) Add a reason for the adjustment. This note will be attached to the job for full visibility and accountability.

πŸ†• Enhanced Discounts View

We’ve improved how discounts are displayed across Pooltrackr to make pricing more transparent and easier to review.

  • Admins and customers can now see both the original price and the discounted price side by side.

  • This allows for clear cross-referencing between standard and adjusted pricing.

Where You’ll See It

  • Quotes, Invoices and Batch invoices (attachments)

  • Invoice creation screen (admins now see a detailed breakdown of original vs discounted prices when preparing new invoices)

πŸ› οΈ Bug Fixes and small enhancements

Ongoing updates to ensure a smoother, safer, and more reliable user experience:

  • Enhanced the 0 amount invoice paid status, including Xero and Lighspeed status syncing

  • Resolved an issue with the job tags not being saved

  • Addressed various small issues reported by users to improve overall stability and functionality.
