Weβve introduced full customer balance syncing from connected Lightspeed accounts, giving you real-time visibility into customer financials directly within Pooltrackr.
β’ A new Balance column has been added to the Contacts List View, displaying the current customer balance.
β’ Contacts can now be filtered by balance, allowing you to quickly identify accounts with outstanding or positive credits.
β’ Positive balances are highlighted in green, while negative balances appear in red for immediate visual clarity.
β’ Balance information is also displayed on the Contact Details Card, which is now accessible across various pages β including Job and Quote Details.

π New Xero Setting: Use Internal Invoice Number as Reference
For Xero-integrated accounts, weβve enhanced how Pooltrackr sends invoice references to Xero.
β’ When the invoice numbering scheme is set to Xero, you can now choose to include the Pooltrackr internal invoice number as the reference.
β’ This setting can be enabled under Setup β Integrations β Xero.
β’ If the option is disabled, the reference field in Xero will remain empty by default.
This improvement provides greater flexibility and consistency between Pooltrackr and Xero invoice records, helping maintain clear traceability across both systems.
π Additional Filter by Type for New Equipment From Templates
When adding new equipment to a pool from a template, you can now filter templates by equipment type before selection.
This enhancement helps narrow down the list of available templates β especially in cases where different equipment types share similar names β making it faster and easier to find the right template for the job.
