The Pools – Equipment page gives you a central place to view, manage, and maintain all equipment recorded on each pool in your organisation. Any piece of equipment added from a pool’s details, such as pumps, chlorinators, filters, heaters, or cleaners, will appear here in an organised, searchable list.
This page helps you quickly understand what’s installed at each site, stay on top of upcoming maintenance needs, and ensure your team always has accurate, up-to-date information when servicing a pool. You can review equipment details, update records, and keep track of replacements or upgrades without having to open each pool individually.
The Equipment page acts as your master index for all gear across your entire customer base, making equipment management faster, more consistent, and more reliable.
Equipment List page
To access the Equipment list page, go to Operations > Pools > Equipment.
A. Search bar - Lets you quickly find equipment records by typing keywords such as equipment name, brand, or serial number.
B. Columns option - Allows you to choose which columns are visible in the equipment list. Use this to set the view according to your preference. You have the option to add/remove the columns such as Pool ID, Pool, Name, Serial, Brand, Type, Warranty start, Warranty end, Fields, and Actions.
C. Filters - Enables advanced filtering of equipment records based on specific criteria such as pool, equipment type, brand, or warranty dates.
D. Export - Exports the current equipment list (including applied filters and column selections) into a downloadable file.
E. Edit option - Opens the selected equipment record, allowing you to update details such as name, brand, serial number, type, or warranty information. Changes are saved directly to that pool’s equipment history.
Where to add equipment to the list?
You would need to add equipment to the pool; you would need to add them within the pool details page. Once added, the equipment information will automatically appear in the Equipment list page.
To add equipment to the pool, follow the steps below:
Go to Operations > Pools. Search for the pool where you want to add the equipment(s). Click on the pencil icon to edit it.
Within the pool details page, scroll down to the Equipment field.
Click on the New Equipment option.
Enter the equipment details manually or create them from a template.
Product Name
Brand
Serial Number
Warranty start and end dates
Notes
Photos
Click on the Create button once completed.
Editing and Deleting Equipments
You can edit/delete the equipments through the Equipment lists or the pool details page.
To edit an equipment within the Equipment list page, start by clicking on the pencil/edit icon.
To delete the an equipment from the Equipment list page, click on the arrow icon within the Pool ID column.
This will take you straight to the pool details page. Scroll down to the Equipments field and click on the red trash icon to delete an equipment.
You can also edit/delete equipments straight from the pool details page.
