Managing Technician Jobs as an Admin

Admins can now view and manage jobs assigned to any technician in their organisation — directly from the Jobs screen. This includes filtering by technician, filtering by job status, reassigning jobs, and identifying job ownership at a glance from the jobs list.

Required Permission

To access technician job management, your account must have the **Admin** role.



Without this permission, the Jobs screen will only show your own assigned jobs, and the technician selector will not be visible. Admin users with mobile access have this permission by default.



Accessing the Jobs Screen


Navigate to the **Jobs** tab from the bottom navigation bar.

If you have admin access, you will see a **technician selector** at the top of the Jobs screen, above the job list.



Selecting a Technician


View All Technicians' Jobs

Tap the technician selector and choose **All Technicians** to see every job across your entire team in a single unified list.



View a Specific Technician's Jobs

Tap the technician selector and choose any individual technician from the list to filter the jobs view to only their assigned jobs.


The jobs list will immediately update to reflect the selected technician's schedule.


Filtering by Job Status


Once a technician is selected (or "All Technicians" is active), you can further narrow results using the **status filter**.


Tap the status filter bar below the technician selector and choose from available statuses such as:


- **All**

- **Scheduled**

- **In Progress**

- **Completed**

- **Cancelled**


You can combine a technician filter with a status filter to quickly find, for example, all *In Progress* jobs assigned to a specific technician.




Technician Badges on Job List Items


When viewing jobs across multiple technicians (e.g. "All Technicians" mode), each job card in the list displays a **technician badge** — a small label showing the assigned technician's name.


This makes it easy to identify ownership at a glance without needing to open each job individually.




Reassigning a Job

Jobs can be reassigned to a different technician from two places:


From the Jobs List


Swipe to the left of any job item in the list to reveal a **Reassign** option.



Select **Reassign**, then choose the new technician from the list.



Confirm the reassignment — the job will instantly move to the selected technician's schedule.


From the Job Details Page


Open any job to view its details. In the **Assigned To** section, tap the technician name or the edit icon next to it.



A technician picker will appear. Select the new technician and confirm.



The job is immediately reassigned and the details page updates to reflect the new assignee.




Tips & Notes

- Reassigning a job does **not** notify the original technician automatically — use the in-app messaging or notes to communicate changes if needed.

- The technician selector and status filter work together; changing either one refreshes the list instantly.

- If a technician is no longer active in your organisation, their jobs will still be visible but they will not appear as an option in the reassignment picker.
